Meet at Rob Willsher’s at 0930 hrs for coffee, leaving at 1000 hrs prompt. Should be at The Cafe at The West Meon Hut about 1030 hrs if you want to meet us there.
Please let me know by email reply if you are thinking of coming so I know I wont be waiting for no one to turn up LOL.
If the weather looks IFFY a decision will be made on Saturday evening to cancel and circulated by Email and placed on the web space.

Boxing Day Meet
Wickham Square.
Have you got the in-laws staying for Christmas or will you need to
get some fresh air to ease the previous days excesses then there
is the annual meet in the square where a large display of
Veteren, Vintage, Classic, Custom Car, Bikes & Traction Engines
gather. this is a very popular biking meet. Suitable for all the family
and you don't have to come by bike.
Meet outside the Kings Head at 1030 am.
Best to get there before 1000 to ensure parking near the square.

Forecast is dry but chilly. Planned Ride is out to Wickham and up the A32 for a cuppa at West Meon. then A272 to Winchester, Romsey and ending up at the Sir Walter Tyrell near the Rufus Stone for Lunch.
Watch the entrance at Willsher's. There has been a flow of water down the road for some weeks which was frozen this morning. It has now been treated with Road Salt but may be Icy.
Meet at 0930, leaving at 1000 prompt.
Weather permitting there will be a Ride out this Sunday, 25th November 2007.

A Ride for a couple of hours and a coffee break and then stop at a Pub for a spot of lunch.
A decision will be made Saturday evening depending on the weather forecast. That decision will be posted on here and Emailed to those on the mailing list.

If you still need to make your mind up, here's the route.
Meet at Rob Willsher's from 0945 for Coffee, leaving at 1030 prompt.
From Rob Willsher's to Bishops Waltham, Corehampton down, Morestead road to the Lay - by on the A272 just past the roundabout to the M3. Stop for a break and regroup.
A272 to Junction A34, A34 North to roundabout at Three maids hill, exit on to A272 North towards Wherwell. Cross the A30 and continue towards Wherwell on the B3420. Continue through Wherwell on Winchester road to its junction with the B3057.
Turn left on to the B3057 towards Stockbridge then turn right on to Stockbridge high Street where we will stop for a break and regroup.
A30 West to the junction with the B3084 and turn right towards The Wallops. Turn right at the junction of the A343 and after a short distance turn left on the B3084 towards Palestine. Carry on through Palestine to the junction with the A303. Take the A338 towards Tidworth.
Carry on North along the A338 and then the A346 at Burbage towards Marlborough.
Stop at Cadley for a break and regroup.
Carry on Northwest to Marlborough and then turn right ( East) on to the A4 towards Hungerford, passing through the Savernake Forest. Carry on West along the A4 under the New A34 to Newbury.
We will be stopping for refreshments at the Queens hotel, Market Street, Newbury which is currently being run by two of our members, Ann & Lebby.
Once suitably refreshed we will leave Newbury South on the Old A34 and then Turn Left at the roundabout with the A339 towards Kingsclere and Basingstoke.
At Kingsclere we will turn right on to the B3051 and travel South to Overton. At the junction with the B3400 at Overton we will carry straight across the junction towards North Waltham and the A30. We will pass under the M3 and carry on to the junction of the B3046 at Axford where we will turn right (South) through The Candovers to New Alresford.
At New Alresford and just prior to the junction with the B3047 we will stop for a break and regroup.
We will then turn right on to the B3047 for a short distance before turning left on to the B3046 towards Cheriton. In Cheriton Village turn right following the sign posts towards Beauworth, passing the Flower Pots PH. At the junction with the A272, go straight across towards Beauworth. Carry on through Beauworth towards Bishops Waltham, going straight across the junction with the Morestead road towards Dean. Follow the road through Dean until the junction with the B3035 and Turn right towards Bishops Waltham. At the roundabout take the first exit towards Botley and Wickham. Immediately prior to the next roundabout and on your left is the Crown PH which is run by another Rob Willsher regular, Paul. We will stop at The Crown for refreshment and dispersal.
The Total distance is approximately 128 miles. There are plenty of fuel stops en route but please make sure you have a full tank at the outset. You can fill up at Tesco just up the road from rob Willsher's. Please do this before the 1030 am departure time.
Route Maps with my contact mobile number will be available in case anyone gets lost. We will employ a sweeper system to ensure that this does not happen.
